In our SUP Yoga Nashville classes, we offer the experience of SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard) and facilitate a creative, energetic Vinyasa yoga flow on the boards. There’s nothing quite like being totally connected in nature & floating in a relaxed, peaceful environment. Not only does the extra element of water bring a sense of serenity to your practice, it also adds a major challenge. By being on the board, you’re asked to fire up your core & concentration while at the same time cultivate balance, strength & playfulness.
